High levels of inclusion content of a casting part to be quenched may cause inhomogeneous hardness.
A pipeline weld, working in conditions prone to fatigue or creep, may fracture unexpectedly due to production flaws.
Whatever is the risk, a good analysis and evaluation provides precious data, helping to prevent costly damages and shorten maintenance duration.
METALLOGRAPHIC TESTING
We are performing micro and macro analysis of all metallic Materials and their welds, non-destructively on-site with replication technique or destructively in our laboratory.
With our highly experienced metallurgical engineers, metallographs and technical advisors, we provide important datas for either production and construction processes, or risk and fitness-for-service assesment works.
